2. What data we collect

• Enquiry form: the details you enter — name, email address, company and role (optional), service or topic of interest, project stage, budget, timeline and the free-text description. We do not ask for sensitive data; please do not include any.
• Technical context sent with the form: the language and address of the page, UTM campaign parameters (if present in the URL) and the time of submission.
• Direct contact: if you write to us by email or on Telegram, we process the content of your message and your contact details.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal or course information — your consent (the checkbox in the form) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Security and abuse prevention (for example spam protection) — legitimate interest.
• Compliance with legal obligations — legal obligation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out earlier.

We do not use your data for newsletters or automated decision-making. We will only send marketing messages if you agree separately.

4. Recipients

Enquiries are delivered to us through a Telegram bot and, if enabled, by email through the delivery service Resend. The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. If you contact us directly on Telegram, Telegram’s own terms apply. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside your country

Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no cooperation follows, for up to 12 months, after which we delete it. Data connected to a contract is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to alexandru.jantovanu@topit.tech. We reply within one month. You may complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or, if you are in the EU, to the supervisory authority of your country.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.
